My Thoughts
WOW! Another non fiction book that I can say was really good! Tracy McLaughlin has created a wonderful read that will be beneficial to anyone who is thinking about, or who is ready to, sell their home. It’s really interesting!
This is a book that some of my family could have benefited from many moons ago when When they were moving. This book could have helped them maximize the amount they sold for. With each page, McLaughlin tells the readers(ultimately, the sellers!) the best ways to stage the home to draw in potential buyers. She shows the sellers the best ways to maximize that profit. Keeping up with any renovations to make the house stay up with the current market values, making your yard look glorious, and so much more!
If you are thinking of selling your home this would be an interesting read for you! If you know someone who is thinking of selling their home, it would be a great gift for them! Definitely a page turner with lots of insight! McLaughlin’s book is definitely one I’ll keep and turn to when and if I sell my own home so I can get the most for my house! Fantastic job!
