She vowed to never trust another man...until she met him.

A passionate new Long, Tall Texans romance from New York Times bestselling author Diana Palmer

Clancey Lang knows how to run. She's been doing it since the day she fled her abusive home to save her and her younger brother's lives. That was the same day she decided to never let herself depend on anyone else. Especially men. Though she's tempted--mighty tempted--to put her faith in her boss, ruggedly handsome Texas Ranger Colter Banks. If only he would look her way...

For far too long, Colter has been distracting himself with women he knows will never fully satisfy him. But there's something about his pretty assistant, Clancey, that he simply can't resist. Something slowly but surely drawing every ounce of his attention. But is he falling for a woman who'll never let herself be caught?

My Thoughts
When I want to read an amazing passion filled western romance, I don’t have to look any further than two authors and one of them is the amazingly talented Diana Palmer. Her books never fail to pull me to the heart of the story and keep me hooked until the very last page. I always feel like I’m coming home after a long time away when I read her novels.
Unleashed is magnificently written. I loved reading about Clancy, Tad, and Colter……they were three characters that I just couldn’t get enough of. Their journey is gripping and seeing them all together was beautifully portrayed. The sparks fly between Clancy and Colter and watching them together truly stole my breath!
If you want a captivating, fast paced read, then grab this one up! It’s in the Long, Tall, Texan series, but it’s easily read as a stand alone. Definitely a 4 star worthy novel and then some! Palmer is forever a favorite author!
