My Thoughts
I haven’t read a Gunn novel in quite some time. I am happy to say that reading this newest novel from her, was like a breath of fresh air. Meeting all her amazing characters, reading about their life stories, was like sitting down with long time friends, catching up on days gone by.
Real life situations make up the lives of these strong women. Situations that are beautifully woven into the story, making the reader feel every emotion that Gunn adds to the novel. Each page turn brought a message from God with it, and kept me up long into the night.
If you are looking for a wonderfully written, powerfully moving, captivating story, then grab this new release up from Robin Jones Gunn. Her beautifully chiseled characters mixed with heart warming lessons make this an unforgettable 4 star novel. I absolutely can not wait to see what book 2 has in store!
