On Friday, April 7,2017, my Raleigh, NC Lifeway Christian Store had a book signing for one of my top 5 Amish Fiction authors. It was Beverly Lewis! It was my second book signing in NC and I was so glad I got to go! It was a quick, fun time. She’s super sweet and really enjoys meeting with her readers. She took pictures with her fans and interacted with them with asking questions to them as well. After I asked to take a picture for the blog, she surprised me and in turn took a picture of me with her for HER Facebook page! I was really excited about that. Below are the pictures from the signing.

I bought four copies!!! Three for my family and one for a lucky blog follower/commenter!
So, tell me. Have you met an author you love before? What was it like? Leave a comment below for a chance to win the fourth signed copy of The Ebb Tide by Beverly Lewis!
I’m so happy that you got to go and meet her and enjoyed your day! I cant wait to see what you think of The Ebb Tide.
Ooh color me jealous. I’m happy you got a chance to meet her.
I will see her Thursday in Goldsboro, NC. I can’t wait. I have read most of her books. My favorite genre is Amish fiction. I have met many authors and always enjoy meeting them.
I am glad that you got to meet her, but………….., I am sooooooo jealous! She is my favorite author! She has not written a book yet that I have to honestly say that I have not enjoyed! I haven’t met any authors, but if I could meet any one of my favorites, she would be my first choice!
CONGRATULATIONS!!! You won the signed copy of Beverly’s book!
That’s really awesome!
I live close to Author Carrie Fancett Pagels. I see her every so ofter.
It loooks like you had a lot of fun. Meeting authors is always a good time.
One of my favorite authors had a book signing nearby when his last book released, but other things always seem to get in the way of going. I’m really content to just read the books I guess!
I’ve never met an author in person. I’m glad you got to see her!
That was cool you got to meet her. My dream is to meet Stephen King. Maybe someday.
I am so happy for you! What a joy that must have been for you! I had the opportunity to meet Jennie Allen and it was quite an experience.
I am happy to see a Christian bookstore. I think the nearest one to me is two hours. I hope it continues to thrive.
