Small-town girl Katie Fisher is planning her wedding. Sure, her boyfriend hasn't managed to pop the question just yet, but that doesn't mean she shouldn't enter a contest in Texas Bride magazine to win the dress of her dreams, right? But when her boyfriend breaks up with her and takes a job in another town--the very same day Katie wins her dream dress--her world is turned upside down. Should she claim her prize? And will the hunky former pro-basketball player who runs the swanky Dallas bridal shop--yeah, you read that right--catch on to her humiliation if she does? Janice Thompson designs a romance sure to delight, with plenty of fish-out-of-water moments, a hilarious supporting cast, and more of the wedding biz world her readers adore.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the Author/Revell Reads and was under no obligation to post a review, positive or negative.

My Thoughts:
Ms. Thompson is one of my absolute favorite Christian fiction authors. She is the queen of laughs and I love each and everyone of her novels. This start to a new series is definitely a fabulous addition to her works! She blends romance, comedy, witty characters and faith into one amazing, laugh out loud read.

Following Katie’s story and hearing about her family. They all were a bit on the quirky witty side and I fell in love with all of them. Katie’s quest to win the ultimate wedding dress for a couture shop was awesome, and when she met Brady…..well let’s just say that I wasn’t going to sleep anytime soon when I got in the middle of their story.

With plenty of inspiration woven in, and real-to-life events and characters that capture your heart, Ms. Thompson has once again created a novel that will forever be on my bookshelf. I can not wait to read more about her amazingly created brides and get my laugh on again in the next installment of Brides With Style! Well done, Ms. Thompson!
