My Review:
I am still having technical issues so this review is being posted from my cell. So, I’m huge paranormal romance fan. I love romances of all kinds, especially western romances with sexy cowboys,but when I’m not reading them, I’m going for the sexy as sin angels,vamps and shifters. Ms. Hill has created a fabulous Vampire Angel romance and filled with the perfect blend of intriguing suspense. Yes, you heard me correctly. Vampire Angels or Vangels. She blends them with Vampire demons and throws in some whopping good passion creating an addictive series! Though, sadly, I didn’t read book 1.
Trond’s character. Oh la la. Yes he’s a vampire angel and oh my god, I want him. Literally want him. Look at him on that yummy cover *big grin*. He’s a sexy as all get out vampire angel and I absolutely loved following him in the story and getting to know him. The attraction he felt for Nicole was sparking off the pages and I really felt it. Watching him as a Navy SEAL and going undercover along side of Nicole was so much fun! Trying to rid the world of the vampire demons, aka, Lucipires, was intense!
I truly loved Nicole’s character too. She was wonderful created and I felt her struggle with her past and the attraction she felt for the Vangel. I wanted to be in her shoes more than once, that’s for sure! Her past was a rough one and I could sympathize with her many times, since I was in a bad spot too. I wanted to hug her! But, seeing her as a tough SEAL going undercover with Trond and working to save the world, really brought the story to life.
If you love Vampires and Angels, you’ll love Ms. Hill’s 4 Book worthy Kiss Of Surrender. She blends them both together for a unique twist on the paranormal world!! I am definitely going to be going back and reading book 1,Kiss Of Pride, in this series, as well as anxiously looking forward to Kiss Of Tempation, book 3 in this sexy series!
