A history buff, antique collector, and freelance graphic designer, Lorna Seilstad is the author of Making Waves and A Great Catch. She draws her setting from her home state of Iowa. A former high school English and journalism teacher, she has won several online writing awards and is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers.

Another amazing winner from Lorna Seilstad! This is her third book in her Lake Manawa Summers series and wow! They just get better and better, though they were great from the start. Ms. Seilstad has created another captivating, fun, relaxing read that is filled with laughter and love, and some sweet messages along the way. Her characters quickly wiggle their way in to your heart, and they don’t want to leave!
Lilly has been a widow for 3 years, living with her in-laws and raising her son, Levi. Frustration builds in Lilly until she has to get out of her in-laws home. She needs to be able to provide for her son as a single mom now, and so she takes on a job at a local diner. That’s not the best choice but she has to earn a living for herself instead of depending on her in-laws. But, what a mess Lilly was in when they showed up at the diner and tried taking Levi from her…..whoa! That is just something that is not going to happen.
Nick, a handsome roller coaster designer is there at the perfect time. Seeing that Lilly was in need of help, he stepped in, stepped up, and the ride of Lilly’s life was about to begin. Never did she think that such a handsome man would steal heart but, well, let’s just say that this summer, this is one roller coaster ride you don’t want to miss!
From laughs, to love, anger and back again, this 5 Book worthy installment to Ms. Seilstad’s 5 Book worthy series is one that you should put on your must reads list. Filled with wonderful inspiration and lots of lessons to take to heart, Lilly, Nick, Levi and even those snobby in-laws will steal your heart instantly! Fantastic job, once again, Ms. Seilstad!

This sounds like a good, sweet romance and something my mom would really enjoy reading – I’m always on the lookout for books for her because she likes to read sweet romances and it sounds like this series is something she would enjoy. Thanks for sharing your review.
