I recently read Lori’s newest book, A Perfect Storm but missed out on all her others in the series….I HAD to pick it up the minute I saw it 🙂

The Peach Keeper by Sara Addison Allen is my absolute all time favorite book. But, it was the only one I had read by her and heard so many good things about this one…..saw it out of the corner of my eye and snatched it up immediately!

Oh my gosh! I totally adore you! Thanks for telling me about it….I just entered…probably won’t win, but it was worth a try! Thanks!

  1. I really want to read Garden Spells – I read two of Allen’s other books and just love her writing style! I hope you enjoy all of your new books! 😀

Thanks for visiting my IMM today,

Garden Spells was on my wish list for the longest time. I read her book The Peach Keeper and was told after that , that if I never read any of her other works, to definitely give Garden Spells a try. 🙂

  2. These look like a lot of romance novels. You’ll have to let me know if I’m right. Typically, I need something more than romance to get me to read the book (and sometimes a book cover to hide the cheesy cover)… I like romance, but it’s better in a paranormal or dystopian setting. Happy reading!

    Thanks for visiting my IMM.

I do love romance novels. And you’re right…romance is better in a paranormal setting 😉 I’m hooked on shifter romance novels 😀 Thanks for stopping by my blog 🙂

I’ve heard it was one of her best ones. I’ve only read The Peach Keeper so we’ll see 😉

  3. I love used book stores! Everything in them feels so vintage and unique and like there’s this grand story behind them — it’s almost magical, in a sort of bookish way LOL x) I haven’t heard of any of those before but they sound pretty great!

Awesome mailbox this week, Molly! I hope you love them all! 😉

You and I love used book stores for the exact same reason! I totally love the smell and the look of the books on the shelves. 🙂 Thanks for stopping by 🙂

  4. Nice job at the used book store! I really wish I had one near me! I sure could do them in with my business. All your books look interesting this week ~ one of these days I’ll get into more contemporary books. I have this thing about leaving reality right now 😉

Don’t sweat the not getting to IMM every week. I wish I could, too, but then I think it’ll get boring or too much work. Sometimes it’s just fun to get around and visit everyone for the day 🙂

And on that note… thanks for visiting me!!! Have a great week!! -Kristin @myparahangover

Oh yea. The guy at the store sees me and I swear he wants turn around and run…lol! I certainly take my boxes and boxes full of books. LoL. I literally just pile the books into bags or boxes and then take them to the used book store to trade or I take them to the local thrift store. It’s a great turn around either way. 🙂 I love your site and am following it now 🙂

  5. Great book haul for the week! I haven’t heard of these but from the comments above it sounds like you picked up some awesome reads – lucky you!

Thanks for stopping by my IMM earlier 🙂

  6. Aren’t second hand bookshops awesome? If I had unlimited resources I would probably live in one of those things.

Thanks for stopping by my IMM, and thanks for the follow. I’ll have to return the favor through twitter and RSS feed. That OK?

I would most definitely love to live in a second hand book store. There’s just something about them!

Following me anyway you can is a plus for me, so thank you to anyway you can follow me 🙂

  7. Thanx for stopping by my blog! I can’t say I’ve heard of any of these books, a bit more romance than my usual preference. Which can still be verrry good 🙂

    Enjoy them!

    • Molly

Thanks, Mandy! I am a VERY eclectic reader so while this week is romance centered, next week may be horror or YA centered. LoL. 🙂

  8. Hi, Molly! Thank you for your comment on my IMM post!

While I haven’t heard of many of the books you bought or received, not being a fan of romance novels myself, I HAVE heard of Garden Spells. I think my mom has it… or if not, I’ve just seen it around at bookstores, haha! I hope you’ll enjoy that and the rest of your reads. Have a great week! 🙂

    • Molly

Thanks! I’ve read Sarah’s other book, The Peach Keeper and fell absolutely head over heels with her work. Of course, me living in NC I tend to love anything written/centered around it 🙂
