My Review:
Kaira Rouda’s work is absolutely incredible! I was totally blown away by the amazing work she did in this novel. I’ve not had the pleasure of reading her other work, but I’ve heard nothing but the best about them, and was happy to get the chance to see what Ms. Rouda is all about. Let me tell you, she’s awesome!
This is not your everyday, average read. It’s filled with deviant women, murder, heartache and betrayal. The characters are intriguingly complex and life like. I felt a pull from each of them, as I turned page after page to find out what was happening next. Each twist took me further into the plot, each turn brought more of the mysterious scandals and suspense. Never knowing what was happening next kept me glued to my Kindle for two days!
Alternating between the now and the past, Rouda takes a the reader on a fabulous journey. One of the women aren’t quite what they seem, but what’s really going on in her mind is the mystery. As the story unfolds, the blood pumps harder, and by the end of the story,bam! Ms. Rouda hits it out of the ball park with an ending that will leave you dying for more.
If you are looking for that one amazing read, that one read to get completely lost in, then look no further than the incredible talent of Kaira Rouda. Five Book worthy and more, this book will turn you inside out as you follow the characters and become one of them. I absolutely can not wait until the next book releases! I’m a new and forever Kaira Rouda fan!
This sounds like a great read. I remember her first book Here, Home, Hope and loved it! I really liked Kaira Rouda’s writing style. This one is definitely going on my tbr list!
