John J. Smith has fantastic talent! This book is filled with emotions from happiness to sadness to anger and back again, full circle. I enjoyed every minute of reading this heartfelt novel!
Have you ever wanted a second chance at love? Were you ever able to get over that special childhood sweetheart you thought you couldn’t live with out? That’s what happened with Jared and Veronica. Sitting in an air port, finding their flight delayed, they realize something that could change their lives forever….again. They still love each other. It’s been 20 years since they parted, thinking they will never see each other again.
But, once they start talking, they realize that their love for one another never died. Visiting their past, they see that circumstances could have been different. If only one man hadn’t stood in the way.
Filled with a perfect blend of mystery and romance, this hooked me from first word to last. I enjoyed taking a trip into the heart of this story and making friends with Jared and Veronica. A whirl wind of emotions fill the reader to the soul as Jared and Veronica visit their past, look to the future, and realize the present. I highly recommend this book with a 5 Book worthy rating! I look forward to seeing what Mr. Smith has in store for his new fans!
