And only one man stands in the way of global terror and paranoia. One man seeking redemption and waging a personal battle against the demons of his past. Get your adrenaline rush as the plot unfolds breathlessly from the gritty streets of Los Angeles to the remote fringes of Russia, from the depths of the Pacific to the skies over Panama and from the sun baked desert to the exotic villages of Costa Rica.

My Review:
Douglas Misquita ROCKS. With capital letters. From his absolutely UH-Mazing characters to his heart pounding, edge of your seat, action packed suspense. I loved every aspect of this novel and have no doubt about it, this author will RISE!!!!

Kirk Ingram’s character was awesome. He had ever aspect of a great suspense novel character…..the total indulgence into his career, the neglected family at home, the fast paced life. But, enter some bad-ass Mafia gangs and his life just gets that much more interesting. And, deadly. Forced to watch his family die, Kirk takes it hard. He makes a commitment and that commitment MUST be meet. There will be no organized crime forces let when he’s through if he can help it.

When things go haywire, and the action pumps up, Kirk’s past comes back to haunt him. Struggling to over the past of the horrific night his family was murdered, haunted by the demons raging within, Kirk Ingram’s life becomes the readers. You can literally feel each emotion that Ingram feels.

The words that are used, the vivid detail put forth in this crime novel is breath taking. I literally felt like I was sitting in the middle of this novel. I felt pulled in different directions as I raced to find out the who-dun-it’s,  the why’s and the what next’s.

This is most definitely going at the top of my recommendations list. From thrills to chills and back again, this 5 Book worthy novel will hit home with any suspense love, any action lover ,and any other reader you can think of. If you’re not already a fan of fast paced, suspenseful thrillers, sit back with a copy Misquita’s debut novel, let the actions, the characters and the word flow over you and you’ll be hooked on it forever. I absolutely can not wait for another terriftastic thrilling, action packed piece from this amazingly talented author!
