My Review:
Once again, I am blown away by the writing of another GREATASTIC Love Finds You author! Sandra D. Bricker is super talented and really caught my attention with this fun, romantic, and often klutzy addition to the fabulous series from Summerside Press!

Snowball, Arkansas. When I think Arkansas, I think hunky hilly billies and good ol’ country fun. But, Sandra Bricker brought a whole new aspect out in this book, with Lucy Lou and Mattie and the quaint little town of Snowball. Not only was the town adorable, Lucy, Matt, Justin, Wendy, and even sweet little Annie REALLY added the rustic charm to this amazing story!

Lucy. Well. What can I say about her? Well, one word comes to mind. Klutzy. Yep. But, klutzy in a good way, of course. She has a fear of the outdoors, but when she sees Justin, the newbie in the singles group that her and her best friend Matt belong, well, she can’t help but ask God to make her into the woman of his dreams. After telling Matt she didn’t want to go on the singles retreat, she quickly changes her mind when hot and hunky Justin signs up to go.

Once there, Lucy pushes Matt off on Wendy, the girl that Justin thinks is cute, so that Lucy can have Justin’s attentions. Little did she know that Matt and Wendy would actually hit it off. But, it doesn’t bother her. Right? She wants her best friend Matt to fall in love, like she wants to do with Justin. Right? So, why does she feel the green monster of envy boiling inside? And, why, oh why, must her klutzy come in the form of barfing during a hot air balloon trip, and stopping a sled ride with her foot and a tree???

Oh the funniness of this story was INCREDIBLE! I laughed, I smiled, I just loved every minute of this novel. Learning to accept that God’s unconditional love should be what a TRUE relationship should be based on, was truly beautiful. Watching Lucy, and even Matt, come to realize the path that God had for them, and that they couldn’t change it, was awe inspiring. I definitely recommend this novel to everyone with 5 Books, and two thumbs up. It will keep you on your toes as you watch Lucy’s antics of catching the man of her dreams.
