Laced with local references, historical sites, and culinary delights, Holy Guacamole is a fun summer beach read.
Holy Guacamole is a delightfully delicious story about Trace Domingo and Chef Bonnie Miller. These two are PERFECT characters for this type of story. Oh, don’t get me wrong…they have flaws. Especially Trace. Bless his heart, he was a great and lovable character. Bonnie, well, she was good for the role she played but was more inclined to like Trace. The fun adventure of a cooking boot camp was a great twist to the plot. It really added flavor to the characters and the story line.
I HIGHLY recommend this 5 star read with 2 thumbs up. It’s got something for EVERYONE in it, from suspense, to laughs, to romance and inspiration! It captures the heart of the reader and takes them on a roller coaster ride of ups and downs and in betweens. This is a super fun summer read that I’ll be reading again and again and recommending to all my reader friends!
