Andrew is the creator, writer, and illustrator of the Lost Sheep series. Way back in 1989 as a young Bible college student, Andrew was asked to give the dreaded “children’s talk” at a large church. Andrew possessed one talent: he could draw sheep. He bought some overheard projector sheets and drew up the story of Cecil and the Lost Sheep. My Review:
Another adorable story book by Andrew McDonough! It was great in every sense. The pictures went well with the story. The story itself is wonderful and a perfect way to teach little ones of God’s love for them and how they can teach others about God’s gentle love by reflecting Him. I read this to my 6 and almost 8 year olds and it not only was a wonderful lesson for them, it captured their attention from beginning to end.
This little book get 5 star praises and highest of recommendations as both the perfect Sunday school lesson when teaching young ones of God’s love and reflecting Him and a book that would go well with every child’s book collections! Looking forward to more children’s books like this in the future to share with my kids!
