About the Book:
It’s 1916, and Idaho rancher Cleo Arlington knows everything about horses but nothing about men. So when charged with transforming English aristocrat Sherwood Statham from playboy into cowboy, she’s totally disconcerted. So is Statham, who’s never encountered a woman succeeding in a “man’s world.” Their bumpy trot into romance is frustrating, exhilarating, and ultimately heartwarming.

My Review:
I enjoyed this one, too! It picked up exactly where A Vote Of Confidence left off and was just as exciting to read as book 1!
Immediately capture from page 1, Idaho and Bethlehem Springs became my home for the duration of the book. In this story, Robin mixes new characters in with the old in a perfect way. The story’s message of beauty being deeper than skin and that God loves us no matter our imperfections, is amazing and really gripped my heart. I found my heart going out to Lord Sherwood and wanted to hug him, pray for him and tell him that it’s okat to have flaws! And Cleopatra…my my my! I saw myself in her in so many things and sometimes I just wanted to tell her to ‘WAKE UP’ and see what God had before her! Robin really knows how to create characters that flow together perfectly with both the story and each other. That’s the work of a truly seasoned author!
Between the humor, God, friendship and the love of family, this book is highly worthy of 5 star praises and high recommendation. Now I’m anxious to read A Matter of Character, book 3!!!
