About the Book:

About the Author:
Sherrill Bodine has been writing stories since junior high, when she won a pair of silver skates in a state-wide essay contest. While moving twenty-two times back and forth across America and rearing her four children, she published fifteen award-winning novels under two pseudoynyms (Lynn Leslie/Leslie Lynn). Now she’s decided to be herself and write about the people, parties, and high-life in the city she knows best: Chicago. When she’s not in the Windy City with her husband, family, and Newfoundland and pug dogs, she’s fulfilling her passion to travel to exotic locales around the world.

My Review:
Athena just wants to help her intern earn a scholarship. And she’s after a wealthy family’s dress collection….worth lots for exhibit in the Fashion Museum. But what happens when one dress causes her to pass out? She finds her self face to face with a handsome, dashing, bachelor of that same wealthy family, Drew.
Drew believes she was at fault for the lies of the past. He doesn’t want to trust her, for fear of it happening again. Until, he desperately needs her help in finding the missing dresses. Can he forgive her the past so she will help him uncover the mystery of the missing pieces?? What about this new passion between them? Can it be more???
I liked reading this book, despite the mild bit of language. I typically stick to reading clean books (no language or anything like that), but this book was still very good. It’s able to capture the reader and hold them until the very last page, something that is part of what makes a book good. I definitely will recommend this as a good, entertaining read, with a bit of a mystery twist in the plot. I give this book a 4 star rating. Well done, to the author!
