This is being posted for a blog tour this week, but I thought it would be a perfect tie in with Veteran’s Day today.
About the book:
She’s risking her life to save a man she doesn’t know. But whom can she trust along the way?
It is August 1944 and the Gestapo is mercilessly rounding up suspected enemies of the Third Reich after an attempt on Hitler’s life. Gabi Mueller is a young woman working for the newly formed American Office of Strategic Services (the forerunner to the CIA) in Switzerland. When she is asked to put herself in harm’s way to safely “courier” a German scientist who is working on the atomic bomb out of enemy territory, the fate of the world hangs in the balance.

My Review:
This book is awesome! I’ve never read Tricia Goyer’s (or Mike Yorkey’s!) works before but I am definitely glad I did as they have been added to my list of favorite authors!
The plot, the characters-it’s all intriguing and well written. Goyer and Yorkey’s use of past events combined with the personalities of the characters is wonderful!
Loyalty and faith, mixed with love in an unforgettable story. Getting to know Gabi, Eric, Jean-Pierre and all the other characters was so much fun. Goyer and Yorkey’s use of events centered around the World War II and Hitler events are just magnificent. The mix of that era and a woman with a faith in God and her willing to risk her life to safe others-VERY entertaining!
A highly recommended Christian fiction novel from two authors who’s talents speak for themselves! Two thumbs up!

Great review Molly – I loved the book too
Thanks Mark!!! It was a GREAT read!!! :o)
Molly, as the co-author of “The Swiss Courier,” it was great to see your enthusiastic review of our World War II-era thriller. You’re right . . . there are a lot of plot twists, and readers have been telling us that we’ve been keeping them up late to finish the last 50 pages. I spent three years, off and on, working on the novel with Tricia, so there’s a ton of research, but it’s all woven in the plotline. No one has been able to figure out how “The Swiss Courier” ends yet, so there are some great surprises. Thanks again. Mike Yorkey
